Last Breath Foundation
Canada’s international development sub-sector includes more than
1,000 registered charities and non-profit organizations working
both in Canada and overseas. Among them are faith-based and
secular development groups, professional associations,
co-operatives, labour unions, and groupsdevoted to such issues
as health, literacy, education and youth. With shared values and
a common goal of ending global poverty, they work on the front
lines of social justice, humanitarian aid, and economic and
democratic development.
Last Breath Foundation is a private Canadian non-profit
organization place in the national capital of Canada, Ottawa.
This organization is dedicated to raise awareness on global
issues such as poverty, war, refugees, particularly as they
pertain to third world countries. The Foundation performs
consultation services, coaching sessions on Global Citizenship
and a opportunity to participate and create change in the lives
of many children's in sustainable villages live across the
world. The Foundation aims to bring together influential
personalities such as celebrities, diplomats, community leaders,
and fellow citizens who are committed to enhance Canada’s aid in
the world stage. Through its various activities the Foundation
strives to maintain vital partnerships to raise the
international profile and public acceptance of key campaigns in
order to give a voice to the most needed globally. To accomplish
its mission, the Foundation seeks financial and in-kind support
from the individuals and corporations through different
campaigns to support program in areas such as education, music
and the arts, children’s health and disaster relief. At Last
Breath Foundation we want to give to the Canadian public an
opportunity to offer their time, resources and voices for a
great cause by building stronger and healthier global
communities through various charitable campaigns & affiliation
program.
Our Programs
Global Villages Humanity Program:

The funds we receives from our various campaigns and services
are donated directly to two majors programs that are key to us
in order to leave a legacy overseas and within Canada. We are
proud to powered the Global Villages Humanity Program which is
committed to work through a vast network of coalitions and
collaborative partnerships. Dedicated volunteers, supporters and
Canadian staff work with domestic and international governing
bodies and institutions, citizens’ groups and non-governmental
organizations in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, to:

improve
the lives of children; |
improve
local access to safe water, sanitation, food, shelter,
education and primary health care;

promote
and press for individual and corporate social
responsibility, environmentally sustainable |

development,
and equitable distribution of global resources;

for global food security, debt relief, fair trade, child

Performing Arts Generation Program:
|
The Canadian cultural sector is made up of individual artists,
for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Last Breath
Foundation believe in the grow of Canadian culture &
entertainment, therefore funds are also distribute through the
Performing Arts Generation Program that aims to help any
educational or cultural creative projects to refresh the
Canadian entertainment industry. This funds will assist by
offering support, resources and a platform opportunities to
emerging young Canadian leaders who have shown interest in a
variety of disciplines such as theatre, music, dance,
broadcasting, cinema, touring and showcasing, festivals and
magazines,etc through their businesses.

When allocated, the foundation will make a call for applications
one to three time a years to receive any projects that needs to
be funded partially or totally. The selection process will be
made by the projects originality, the realism of the budget and
the funds available from the foundation. A privilege committee
from the entertainment industry will be reviewing the projects.
We value the friendship and partnership of various organizations
or leaders who desire to become a strong reference as for
supporting the grow and promotion of Canadian Art & Culture.

All those volunteers are contributing to building our national
identity and to adding Canadian voices and a unique perspective
to the international scene. They create events and support
institutions that attract tourists, bringing over $3 billion
annually to our economy. They help by making our cities a
vibrant and exciting place to live in and attract investment. By
giving time, effort and money, the arts and culture volunteer
force works towards improving the quality of life in our
communities and contributing to the moral and economic
well-being of their fellow citizens. |
